SUMMERVILLE, SC - The Management and Staff of The Serenity Mortuary announce the passing of God's Servant the Reverend Curtis James Capers, 69 of Summerville, SC., who entered into eternal rest on Monday, July 31, 2023 at the Medical University of South Carolina Hospital, Charleston, SC. The Reverend Capers is beloved husband of Evangelist Sandra Jenkins Capers, a United States Army Veteran and a former employee of the Charleston County Sheriff's Office.
The family of the late Reverend Curtis James Capers will receive friends at his former residence; 405 Mendenhall Street, Summerville, SC. 29483 on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, during the hours of 4:00PM - 9:00PM.
