CHARLESTON, SC (JAMES ISLAND) - In profound sorrow the Frazier family announces the passing of Mrs. Francis E. Frazier, 83 of Charleston, SC. (James Island), who entered into eternal rest on Wednesday morning, June 24, 2020 at her residence. Mrs. Frazier is the beloved wife of Mr. Eugene "Son" Frazier, Sr. She is the devoted mother of Mr. Eugene Frazier, Jr. (Essie), Mrs. Geraldine Frazier Minter (Byron) and Mrs. Angela Frazier Moore (Michael).
