THE OBITUARY OF ALBERT HENRY “PUNKIN” ROBERTS

Punkin was educated in the Charleston County Public School system. He went on to Job Corps in Bamberg S.C. where he received his painting certification.

Punkin gave his life fully over to Christ and have been a devoted member of Nazareth Holiness Church of Deliverance II, in Linconville, S.C. under the leadership of Bishop Jesse J. Jennings. As an active member of Nazareth Holiness Church, he served as President of the Usher Board, Assistant Youth Sunday School Teacher, was a Deacon, and later was elevated and to Minister.

Because of his faithfulness and dedication to the work of the Lord, Bishop Jesse J. Jennings appointed him as “Sexton of the Church (Keeper).”

On June 2, 2018, Punkin united in holy matrimony to Evangelist Kathy Mosteller. She affectionately called him “Pa Pa,” courtesy of the children of her daycare. To this union he gained 2 children and 4 grandchildren.

Punkin was the epitome of a hardworking man. He was a loving husband and devoted man of God. He was skilled in landscaping and excellent in designing the yard. Punkin had a huge heart and loved to help others in any way he could.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving and devoted wife, Kathy R. Roberts, daughter, Twinika (Pastor Sharell) Eadie of Moncks Corner, S.C., son, Cordell Mosteller of London, U.K.
