SUMMERVILLE, SC - In profound sorrow we the Management & Staff of The Serenity Mortuary, announce the passing of Dr. Ruth Sanders Bowman, 77 of Summerville, SC., who entered into eternal rest on Friday, December 23, 2022 at her residence. Dr. Sanders Bowman was a retired educator with the Dorchester County School District 2. Dr. Sanders Bowman educated many young minds and where ever she journeyed she never met a stranger.

***The Summerville Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.'s Omega Omega Service will be a public service in honor of  Dr. Ruth Sanders Bowman***

***ON THE DAY OF THE SERVICE THERE WILL BE NO FINAL VIEWING AFTER THE EULOGY***
